Drum Circle at PTR Wellness Center

Join us for an evening of rhythm, connection, and reflection at our community drum circle at the PTR Holistic Health & Wellness Center in Manlius.

This experience is open to all—no musical background needed. You’ll be guided through a group drumming session by Sandy, creating a shared rhythm that helps you unwind, ground, and connect.

As part of the Sober Curious experience, the evening will also include therapist-led discussion before and after the drum circle, facilitated by licensed therapist Tracy Carmody. This offers space to explore your relationship with substances, reflect, and connect in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
