Sober Curious & Paths to Recovery Mental Health are excited to welcome Sandy for a community drum circle + discussion at the PTR Holistic Health & Wellness Center.

This guided experience uses rhythm as a way to connect, release stress, and reset. No musical experience needed.

The evening includes a brief opening and closing discussion with Tracy Carmody, LMHC, creating space to reflect and explore in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Open to those who are sober, sober-curious, and anyone in the recovery or support community.
