Mindful, moderate, or sober, join this women's only yoga class for connection, change without labels, and self defined paths to recovery.
Join us for a rejuvenating womens only session of Yin Yoga at the Center of Om! This private community event is hosted by Sober Curious CNY, a group of like minded individuals offering support in exploring, and changing your relationship with alcohol. Inclusive to all at any stage of change with alcohol from taking a break, moderation, life change (motherhood), to long time sobriety.
Explore wellness with a supportive group that engages you in opportunities to reflect on patterns of thought that do not serve you, those that hold you back in general, and those that prevent you from restorative wellness. Mindful, moderate, and sober, we support your self defined path to wellness.

Join Addiction Recovery Coaches, Amanda Silino and Tracy Carmody for a fun and creative event where you can unleash your inner artist and craft your very own snow globe. Meet like minded individuals to explore the topic of life feeling "shaken" at times and needing to sit with discomfort. Let your imagination run wild as you design a unique winter wonderland scene inside a snow globe. Mindful, moderate, or sober, we support all changing their relationship with alcohol for health and wellness without rigid parameters. Join us to create your snow globe, shake things up, and lets find calm in the flurries. We only have room for 15 participants so do not delay registration! Open to all!
